ICARE's team in Anbar have been following the story of young orphan Saja who lost her father when she was three months old. She is being raised by her mother, grandmother and uncle. The family is living in poverty with barely enough to make ends meet. Saja was on the way to school when she was struck by a  vehicle that deemed her unable to move or use her limbs and unable to walk.  Saja dreamt of playing on a swing and going back to school. ICARE's Anbar team built a swing for Saja to play on and bought her a wheelchair as well as gifts for her and her orphaned siblings.
