ICARE is an international movement that is succeeding in uniting people from all ages and all walks of life from all over the world to create change by caring for others. The latest example of this is a group of young men from Auckland New Zealand who have organised and hosted an indoor football tournament to raise funds for ICARE's sponsor a smile project which provides medical aid to sick impoverished children. These inspiring & generous men raised over $750 in just a few hours. The money they've donated will go towards providing treatment for a young Iraqi boy called Amir who lives in poverty on the opposite side of the globe. We couldn't feel more humbled and proud. They have really shown that you don't have to be a doctor to save lives, you just have to care. Anyone anywhere can make a difference to the lives of children in Iraq.
