RECIPES FOR PREVENTION: BABYLON HOSPITAL VISIT

​Volunteers from ICARE's team in Al-Hillah Babylon Iraq, lead by Dr. Noor Al Shihab, hosted a "We CARE" event during Eid and visited sick children (and their mothers) in hospital as part of ICARE's Recipes for Prevention project. Distributing health packs, gifts, providing education and delivering your donations.  The team successfully lifted the spirits of these poor sick children, giving them something to smile about. The team also hosted a health awareness meeting at a local cultural gallery. Their exemplary efforts caught the eye of local media and were featured in an interview which aired on national television. Click on the photos below to enlarge images.
