ICARE Iraq regional director Dr. Shahad Al Ebadi appeared on AL HURRA international satellite TV channel as part of a current affairs programme examining the sate of health care in Iraq. The programme was focused on people with special needs and disabilities and the lack of awareness and facilites in Iraq to cater for such persons.
