Waikato Times Hamilton newspaper article  about ICARE's founder Dr. Assil Russell being selected as one of three finalists for the Young New Zealander of the Year Award. The article describes ICARE's work for the children in Iraq and also Dr. Assil's voluntary charity work for the homeless and disadvantaged communities of Hamilton, NewZealand.
