There are many and different ways to care.. In Hillah, Babel several young volunteers in the ICARE Babylon team hand made and distributed Umbrellas for free to people caught up in the heavy rain. Despite the wet weather and freezing cold temperature .. the team insisted to go out there and care for the people in order to prevent them from getting soaked and ultimately sick. They gave away umbrellas that carried the letters ICARE to patrolmen and police officers who are standing in the street with no shelter doing their job. They also gave umbrellas to those visitors making the long journey walking to and from Kerbala and coming from different places on foot. We would like to thank our volunteering men in Babylon for this great effort and for showing they CARE in every possible way.
