YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A DOCTOR TO SAVE LIVES

TEDx AUCKLAND NEW ZEALAND

ICARE had the honour of being invited to present and speak at the prestigious TEDx talks in Auckland, New Zealand. Infront of an audience of over 2000 people from all over the country our founder Dr. Assil Russell blasted the stage with the story of ICARE. She shocked, amazed, brought tears to eyes and made everyone feel inspired and empowered. As children Dr. Seuss taught us all that "Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not." As adults many of us lose sight of this wisdom and dont have room in our lives to truly genuinely care. This talk took the audience on a journey outside their comfort zones to show that together We can make a difference, by caring. A huge thank you to TEDx Auckland's organising committee and special thanks to Elliot Blade, Ben Milsom, Vaughn Davies, Mikee Tucker.

DARE â€‹2 CARE

"The power of "WE" is the understanding that a piece of string will
never be as strong as a piece of rope made up of many strings.

By working together we can create change. If you substitute I for WE,
ICARE becomes WE Care and Illness becomes WEllness".
