When ICARE first met Tabarak she had an enlarging parotid gland tumour that was disfiguring her face and doctors were skeptical about her chances of survival.. however thanks to your donations Tabarak has received treatement beaten the cancer and is on the road to recovery. The ICARE team were lucky enough to catch up with her on the ground in Iraq during our recent ICARE volunteer mission. See the change for yourself in the videos below:
