RECOGNYZ SUPREME WINNER

ICARE's founder Dr. Assil Russell was honoured to be nominated by Member of Parliament David Bennett and President of United Nations Association of Waikato and Bay of plenty, Mr. Manoharan for the Recognyz Youth Awards.
She was one of dozens of Finalists in the Innovation award which recognises new ideas and projects that are making a change in this world. Dr. Russell's establishment of ICARE and the work ICARE has done so far not only won her the Innovation Award but ICARE was also honoured in receiving the Supreme Award, making Dr. Russell the overall winner of the night. The monetary award has gone a long way towards helping fund ICARE's Sponsor a smile project. We sincerely thank Hamilton City Council and Youth Council for this prestigious award and their continued support and encouragement.
