ICARE founder Dr. Assil Russell had the priveldge of being invited as a guest speaker at Premier House. in New Zealand. Thank you to the Right Honourable Prime Minister John Key for hosting us at his home in Wellington and thank you to Honourable Minister Jo Goodhew and the Ministry of Women's Affairs for giving us this once in a life time opportunity to share the story and work of ICARE and plight of the children in Iraq .Dr. Assil gave the Prime Minister a gift from Iraq to add to his collection of souveniers from around the world.
