IRAQI AMBASSADOR INVITATION
ICARE's New Zealand branch was invited by the Iraqi Ambassador to Australasia to attend and speak at a function during the Consulate's visit to New Zealand from Canberra. Dr. Assil Russell, ICARE's founder and NZ director spoke to audience in Arabic & english outlining our work on the ground in Iraq and how by putting to practice our moto "creating change with care" we can make a difference to the lives of needy impoverished children in Iraq.
