INTERNATIONAL WOMEN's DAY
ICARE's founder Dr. Assil Russell had the honour of presenting at International Women's Day celebrations in Hamilton New Zealand hosted by Free FM and The Waikato Migrant Resource Centre. Dr. Russell was one of a variety of inspirational guest speakers including Her Worship Mayor Julie Hardaker. Dr. Russell introduced the audience to the plight of Iraqi children and the work of ICARE in treating impoverished and needy children in Iraq. A big thank you to Mrs Silvana Perez for the invitation to share our story with theand thank you to everyone who donated to ICARE following the presentation.
